This product is suitable for use on gas, electric and induction cookers (exclusively with the Bialetti induction hob adapter).

How to prepare the coffee: 1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the kettle of the coffee maker and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee may be too weak.
2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Take care! The mixture must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the coffee pot funnel, without pressing the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it's worth waiting a few more minutes for great coffee. When the coffee has fully risen in the collector, turn off the heat.
4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To savor all the aromas that it gives off in the best possible way, we recommend that you drink the coffee as soon as you pour it into the cup.

Cleaning instructions: should be simply rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could damage the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
