This product is suitable for use on gas, electric and induction cookers (exclusively with the Bialetti induction hob adapter).

How to prepare the coffee: Unscrew the coffee maker: hold the cup support and, without exerting pressure on the column, turn it anti-clockwise until it is completely separated from the boiler.
Fill the boiler with cold water, without the level exceeding the orifice of the safety valve.
Insert the funnel filter into the kettle.
Fill the funnel filter with ground coffee, without pressing it, taking care not to leave coffee dust on the edge of the kettle.
Screw on the coffee maker: hold the cup support and, without exerting pressure on the column, turn it clockwise until it fully engages in the boiler.
Press firmly to avoid the risk of steam/coffee leakage during dispensing.
Place the coffee pot on the heat source, with the cups under the column on the cup rest; if it's a flame, keep it low to make sure it doesn't stick out over the rim of the cauldron.
In the case of a ceramic/electric hob, do not use the maximum intensity.

Cleaning instructions: should be simply rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could damage the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
